University or Bachelor Degree
5-10 relevant working experience in an international and demanding environment
Solid and proven experience to grow/diversify a business into new areas
Excellent communication and social skills
People Manager with abiltiy to deal with many issues at the same time and to meet deadlines
Enthuisiastic and service-driven personality
Willing to travel
