- Analyze the hotel financials, providing accurate and timely financial reports;
-Generate new and repeat business through planned sales and marketing activities;
-Help improve our rates and occupancy by using our proven Yield Management strategies;
-Maintain the property by adhering to a well defined preventative maintenance program;
-Maximize profits by keeping costs under control;
-Understand the importance of labor cost controls which includes proper training and scheduling;
-Be flexible in your management style to guide your hotel team in a positive direction
-Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management
-5-7 relevant working experience
-Capable of delivering a consistently high level of customer-satisfying product and service.
-Strong sales and operations background.
-Creative while being profit driven
-Ability to manage change effectively.
-Communicate the goals and objectives and inspire employees to achieve those goals.
-Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English
